President – Walter B. White Jr.
Walter White has over 25 years of military and government financial management experience of which over fourteen years were served in a supervisory role in finance offices, divisions, branches, sections, and with teams of analysts performing financial management for a variety of Department of Defense, Army and U.S. Government financial management applications. He also has functional knowledge of various federal government entitlement and accounting systems. His functional experience includes analyzing financial statements, performing internal review audits and trend analyses to assess the efficiency of organizational operations.

Walter White holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Lindenwood College, St Charles Missouri. Walter also holds a Masters of Accounting and Financial Management, from DeVry University.

Current and past Experiences.

#1July 2009-Present Analyze financial transactions and general ledger account balances and recommend solutions for discrepant conditions. Assist in the compilation of DHA’s quarterly financial statements and footnote preparation. Provide regulatory expertise in the area of financial management and assist the agency in its audit readiness efforts. Perform analysis of DHA’s property, plant and equipment process and procedures and manage the Defense Property Accountability System. Provide budget execution and formulation support. Perform Defense Agency Initiative system maintenance, training and helpdesk procedures.


#2 In support of Missile Defense Agency (MDA), the GRA Indianapolis Indiana and Columbus Ohio team provides pre-validation, contract and disbursement reconciliation, and accounting support for transactions related to the MDA financial account. The team reviews, researches and reconciles discrepancies related to the MDA general ledger utilizing the appropriate databases and systems such as Defense Agency Initiative (DAI), ), Mechanization of Contract Administration Services (MOCAS), Computerized Accounts Payable System – Windows (CAPS-W) and Intra-governmental Processing and Collection(IPAC). The team advises MDA of the findings and assists with the necessary corrections to resolve the discrepancy. GRA coordinates with DFAS, OSD, Program Offices, GAO, and applicable external and internal customers to ensure proper accounting regulations and procedures have been followed and that corrective actions have been implemented in support of the MDA.
